Squaredge is a supplier of medical products and services. The company sought to take advantage of the opportunities in Nigeria’s luxury skin care segment through a franchise from the International Division of the world renowned, ZO Skin Health.

Business Planning: Sawubona was engaged to advise Squaredge on the franchise application process. Sawubona’s interventions include the  development of a feasibility study and business plan for the business. This also included the development of a clinician engagement plan, a product distribution plan and an organisational structure to take advantage of the opportunity in the market.
